The artistic expression of performing arts and music has a unique history with the Black community and communities of color. It’s deep cultural impact on performing arts and music has transformed popular cultural and become inclusive to live and expressive art forms; theatre, dance, music, opera, circus, and spoken word—performed before an audience to foster shared experience

Our S.T.E.A.M. program look to implement a creative learning experience that will foster growth, excitement, curiosity, and discipline in the arts. It’s repetitive nature will allow participants to transfer new skills sets to the classroom environment.

Organizing Team

RaP CiDy D is 4 Dope is curated by a small team of physical science teachers , construction engineers, corporate leaders, music & arts professionals and financial literacy presenters who believe that technology must serve the planet — not the other way around. Working between National Grid, McKissack & McKissack, NYC Public School System, Primerica and Bridge Street Development Corp, the team brings together local knowledge and global collaboration to shape a gathering rooted in care, creativity, and systems thinking.
We don’t just program talks — we curate experiences, relationships, and ideas that grow long after the program ends.
